Yes. Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com calendars sync in through their iCal links, and housekeeping and payments sit next to the calendar.
Does it work for serviced apartments?
Yes. Each apartment is a unit with its own bookings, room status, and payments, and one account can hold several properties.
Does this connect directly to Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes to both, plus VRBO — paste each listing's iCal link (Booking.com's lives under Extranet > Calendar > Sync calendars) and bookings sync in automatically. Only direct bookings, where a guest books straight with you, come in by hand.
Can I run more than one property on it?
Yes — one account, however many properties you manage. Each one is priced separately ($10 × however many), but it's a single login, not a separate system per property.
Do I need a laptop, or does it work on my phone?
Both, same login. Nobody downloads an app — it opens in a phone's browser at the front door and a laptop's browser at the desk.
Is my data locked in?
