Hostberg is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once payment is made and billed, that payment is final and non-refundable.
No refunds after payment
There are no partial refunds, no pro-rated refunds, and no refunds tied to how much of the product you've used. Because there is no recurring billing cycle, there is nothing to cancel or unwind partway through — the purchase is complete once payment is made.
If something's broken
If the Service is materially unusable for reasons on our end, tell us at fcbjahan@gmail.com— we'll work with you directly to make it right. This is handled case by case, not as a standing refund entitlement.
